Off the base rate for overnight rentals. Pick up late afternoon, back the next morning — the cheapest way to shift a load without paying for a full day you won't use.

Long-Term Hire

Up to 25% off for extended arrangements. Weekly and monthly hire, rideshare vehicles, and any job where the vehicle stays with you rather than coming back each night.

Contractor Rate

An ongoing discount for ABN contractors, applied to every hire rather than a one-off. Bring your ABN and we'll attach it to your account so it comes off automatically.

The discount is worked into the total we confirm in writing, so you can see what you're paying before you commit.

It sticks to your account

Contractor rates attach to your ABN, so they come off automatically every time you hire from then on.

The fine print

The contractor rate is applied to hires that may already carry a long-term discount — so yes, an ABN contractor on a weekly van gets both. Overnight and long-term are alternatives rather than additive, since they describe different hire lengths. We'll always quote the best combination available to you.
A late-afternoon pickup returning the following morning. Exact windows depend on the day and the vehicle, so confirm the times when you book — that's what determines whether the overnight rate applies.
Anything from a full week upward, and the saving grows with the length of hire up to 25%. Monthly and ongoing arrangements attract the top of the range — ring us with your dates and we'll tell you where you land.
They apply against published base rates across the fleet. Classes quoted on request — the 4, 6, 8 and 10 pallet tautliners and the people mover — are priced to your job directly, with any contractor arrangement already built into that number.
Yes. Every rate on this site includes GST, and discounts come off the GST-inclusive figure. You still get a full GST breakdown on the invoice for your own accounting.
