Collect & go

Bring your licence and a credit card in the driver's name. We walk the vehicle with you, note its condition, and you're away.

What to bring

  • A full, current driver's licence held at least 12 months
  • A credit card in the hirer's name for the security bond
  • The licence of any additional driver, present at pickup
  • Your ABN and company details if hiring on business

Good to know

  • Every advertised rate includes GST
  • Changes and cancellations are free more than 24 hours before pickup
  • Overnight hire saves 20%, long-term up to 25%, ABN contractors 10%
  • Bond, excess and kilometre allowances are set out in the terms

Booking questions

Same day, and usually within the hour during business hours. If you're booking for tomorrow morning, ring rather than email — it's faster and we can tell you what's physically in the yard.
Changes and cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Call 0402 157 360 with your booking reference and we'll adjust it.
A security bond is held against a credit card in the hirer's name at pickup, and released after the vehicle is returned and checked. The bond amount depends on the class — we tell you the figure when we confirm the booking, not at the counter.
Ask when you book. We can often arrange an early collection for a job that starts at dawn, but it has to be organised in advance rather than on the day.
From our Hoppers Crossing depot, and only from there — we don't run pickup or drop-off points anywhere else, so the vehicle is collected and returned at the yard. If you need it delivered to you or collected afterwards, ask when you book: it can be arranged as a special request and priced on where you are, quoted before you commit.
